CORGON® -  Argon and CO2 mixtures

Gas mixtures with Argon as a main component – ideal as protective gas for MAG welding.

CORGON® 18: 82% Ar + 18% CO2

        - Shielding gas (short arc and spray arc) for MAG welding of unalloyed and low-alloyed steel
        - Also suitable for cored wire electrodes

CORGON® 8: 92% Ar + 8% CO2.

        - Shielding gas for MAG welding of unalloyed and low-alloyed steel with spray arc

CORGON® 25: 75% Ar + 25% CO2

        - For MAG welding of unalloyed and low-alloyed steel
        - Suitable for short arc MAG welding

CORGON® 3: 90% Ar + 5% O2 + 5% CO2.

        - For MAG welding (spray arc) of unalloyed and low-alloyed steel

FORMIER® - Nitrogen and Hydrogen mixtures

FORMING® is the group of gas mixtures containing hydrogen and nitrogen in different proportion. Using FORMIER® eliminates the need for post-weld cleaning with low surface oxidation

Following gas mixtures are available: 

  • FORMIER® 5 - 95% of nitrogen and 5% of hydrogen
  • FORMIER® 10 - 90% of nitrogen and 10% of hydrogen
  • FORMIER® 15 - 85% of nitrogen and 15% of hydrogen
  • FORMIER® 20 - 80% of nitrogen and 20% of hydrogen

Supply modes: FORMIER gases from Linde are available in cylinder sizes ------, with pressures ----.
